No, scrubbing or rinsing is not necessary.  Do not use Silk Plant Magic on wet silk plants, it dilutes the product and will not work as well. Just spray on Silk Plant Magic and you’re done.  On very dirty silk plants, you may want to take a dry brush or micro fiber towel and brush off the big dirt.  Silk Plant Magic looks the same wet as it does dry making it easy to pick spots you missed.

Our special formula of emulsions, UV inhibitors, glossing agents, and dust repellents don’t just cover the dust, it destroys it. The dust particles are organically dissolved making the silk plant’s look like new and the dust repellents help to keep them looking that way.

Depending on your homes air quality, silk plant’s will stay looking like new for about 4-5 months and then need to be treated again at around 6 months.

Our tests have shown it takes Silk Plant Magic about 20-30 minutes to fully dry, depending on temperature and humidity.

Screen Magic has no effect on plants or grass. We do not recommend that you clean the screens on a cement driveway. Even though Screen Magic will evaporate from cement fairly quickly,    you will see  outlines of the screen on the concrete when it rains.  Do not spray on asphalt, most paints or cool decks on pools or patios; it will be visible for months.  We recommend treating screens over gravel or grass.

It takes about .50 oz to treat an average plant. That works out to as low as .12 cents per plant. One gallon of Silk Plant Magic will treat about 250 silk plant’s. 5 gallons of Silk Plant Magic will treat about 1250 silk plant’s.
